What are Toxins and How Do They Impact My Body?

Body toxins are chemicals or poisons that have harmful effects on your body.

come from our food and water, the chemicals used to grow, process and prepare foods, medicines and vaccinations, clothing and personal grooming products and even the air we breathe.
Our bodies process toxins through the liver and kidneys. Toxins are eliminated through the body in the form of urine, feces and sweat.

The big concern with toxins is that modern society bombards our bodies in amounts in excess of what they were built to handle. This puts so much stress on our bodies that its natural detox mechanisms can’t deal with the demand.

The result is that our body’s digestive, circulatory and lymphatic systems are negatively impacted. When the large intestine is not functioning properly, congestion builds in the lymphatic system, which in turn forces waste to circulate throughout your body instead of being eliminated. Liver problems result in toxins going into the body, rather than being filtered out. Toxins in the bloodstream cause inflammation in the body.
