As Dr. Wolfson states “Rome was not built in a day,” so take your time when developing a routine for yourself. Be sure to target different areas of your body on different days of the week.  Don’t try to exercise everything in the same session.  Remember to stay hydrated before, during and after your routine.  And the most important part… learn to have fun and enjoy exercise. If you don’t enjoy an activity it is unlikely that you will have the motivation to follow through.
