Who doesn’t like deviled eggs? Eggs are rich in nutrients and this Paleo Diet appetizer can also serve as a side. They take just minutes to make and they sure taste good. Try them out…they’ll soon become one of your favorites.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • sea salt (optional)
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions for, Guacamole Deviled Eggs – Paleo Diet Appetizer

This recipe is pretty simple, but certainly not simple in taste. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice each in half length-wise. Spoon out the yolks into a small bowl. Now mix and mash the egg yolks with the avocado, hot sauce and lemon juice. Season the mixture with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to your personal taste.

Refill your egg whites with the new yolk mixture and garnish with a small avacado cube and a piece of parsley or basil. ENJOY!
