Black Cumin Tahini Dressing
From The Natural Cardiologist, try this recipe for Black Cumin Tahini dressing and learn about the heart health benefits of black cumin seeds.
¼ cup tahini paste- Try this brand from Blue Mountain Organics. We sell it in our office.
Juice from ½ lemon
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons of minced cilantro
2 tablespoons of black cumin oil
1 teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
¼ cup of water
Combine all ingredients into a glass jar and shake vigorously. Use for salad dressing or try this addition.
2 heads of cauliflower cut into florets
¼ cup organic olive oil
2 tablespoons of curry powder
Combine ingredients in large bowl and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to a baking dish and cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Dip the cauliflower in the Tahini/Black Cumin Oil Dressing.
